Hold the scoop handle comfortably in either hand, Scoop facing down.

Draw the scoop toward you at a 45 degree angle. Draw a Z.

Turn the scoop, lifting portion out of the container and press against cone or dish.

Touch portion lightly against a dish or cone for instant release.
